1. Choose your events and questions

Give each event a recognisable label. Add questions for information you will actually use, such as dietary requirements. Preview the form on a phone and check the wording before you share it.

2. Publish and check the guest experience

Publish your website once hosting is active. If you use a shared password, send it with the invitation link. Submit a test reply and confirm it appears in your dashboard.

3. Manage the replies

Use the dashboard to search responses and mark them as reviewed. Download a CSV for your planning records. Guests should contact you to correct a submitted reply; the current form does not provide an authenticated guest editing account.
