Ask the questions your wedding needs
Collect names and email addresses, event attendance, dietary requirements and other details. Custom fields support short and long text, choices, checkboxes, numbers and dates. Keep the form short enough for guests to complete on a phone.
Keep the guest replies together
Review and search responses in your website dashboard, mark responses as reviewed and download a CSV when you need to coordinate with your venue. A spreadsheet export is useful for planning; it does not automatically contact your caterer.
Set expectations before sending invitations
Test the website and form before sharing. Guests who need to change a submitted reply should contact you. The current form does not match replies against a pre-approved invitation list; use the shared website password if you want to restrict access.
